Karsun Thompson, 23, of Bristol, Virginia, was arrested for allegedly driving 116 mph on Interstate 26. Charges include evading arrest, reckless driving, failure to comply with financial responsibility law, open container, and no driver’s license. He was taken to the Washington County Dentention Center.
