Man Arrested Pulling Gun During Custody Exchange

A Jonesborough man was arrested after allegedly pulling out a gun during a custody exchange. The Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) reported that deputies responded to an assault in the parking lot of Trailblazer Market in Jonesborough. Jacob Hashbarger, 25, allegedly wiped out a handgun and threatened another person.
