KP Man Charged With Rape Of A Child

A Kingsport man has been arrested and charged with the rape of a child in Hawkins County.According to an indictment returned by a Hawkins County grand jury, Joshua Lee Hash is charged with aggravated rape of a child three years old or younger.The indictment was returned on October 1, 2020.

Lee County Public Schools Remote Learning

Lee County Public Schools will begin remote learning starting immediately, according to division superintendent Brian Austin.A release from Austin on Wednesday, January 6 says the transition is effective immediately.Students will remain virtual through Friday, January 15.LCPS plans for students to return to in-person learning on Monday, January 18.
