Johnson City Police arrested a man 33-year-old Christopher Shaffer, of Elizabethton, Tennessee.on charges of forgery, theft of services and felony drug possession, on Monday.Officers responded to a call regarding a purchase with a stolen credit card in Johnson City.Shaffer apparently made purchases totalling 350 dollars with a business card.
