Two bodies were found in Unicoi County Friday morning. The bodies have been to William L. Jenkins Forensic Center for identification.

Elective surgeries resumed Friday at Holston Valley Medical Center and Indian Path Community Hospital. Services at the Greeneville Community Hospital remain suspended, except for the emergency department.
The Tennessee Valley Authority is stabilizing the Nolichucky Dam and will remove the old powerhouse. Teams are reviewing the area and will complete any necessary repairs to the dam.
