Former Johnson County Judge Perry Stout Is Disbarred

Former Johnson County Sessions Court Judge Perry Stout has been disbarred from praxctciing law after his recent guilty plea to marijuana trafficking. The court’s board of professional responsbility issued an order Tuesday, barring Stout from practicing law anywhere in the state of Tennessee. Stout, who is 52 years old, was ordered to serve a year in prison for the pot conviction. He resigned his judge seat in June of last year after allegations that he was hgaving an inappropriate affair with a courthouse employee.
