Delta Airlines has issued a formal apology to the ETSU men’s golf team after a video showing baggage handlers mishandling the team’s golf bags – went viral. The team was in California for the NCAA Championship tournament. Athletic Director Richard Sander said several of the team member’s bags were damaged, but none of the equipment. Delta says the baggage handlers are actully employed by a third party contractor called Unifi, which says it will take discipliniary action against the employees.
