A wanted Johnson City man was arrested by the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office. Deputies stopped a vehicle driven by Daniel Workman, near Kingsport Highway and Oak Grove Road, for not ewearing a seat belt. A backpack with a loaded handgun inside, was found along with bowls and scales. Workman is prohibited from having guns as he was out on probation for other charges.
