Sean Williams’ 3rd Attorney Is Out

Sean Williams, the former Johnson City businessman accused of rape, child rape and escape from custody, among other things, has now lost his third straight attorney. Federal Judge Ronnie Greer on Tuesday grants Attorney Joseph McAfee’s motion to withdraw from the case, which will surely delaye Williams’s scheduled trial date. Greer has not yet appointed a new attorney for Williams. Williams was scheduled to have his first trial begin on May 14th for three counts of production of child pornography.
