A Johnson City man was arrested after he allegedly shot an individual in the leg during an argument. The Johnson City Police Department responded to a home in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue regarding shots fired. An investigation determined that Marcus Prather, 45, was the shooter. The victim was found at an area hospital, with a non-life-threatening injuries. Prather was was taken to the Washington County Detention Center.
