A Kingsport man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a woman and two children in a grocery store parking lot. The Kingsport Police Department (KPD) say the incident occured at the Food City in 300 block Clinchfield Street. Michael Bellamy, took off before police arrived on the scene. A few days later he was seen circling the parking lot of the store and was taken into custody.
