The Carter County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding Edward Elliot, 64, who was reported missing by a family member Sunday night. Elliot was last seen in the Roan Mountain area in late January or early February. He is 5-feet and 10 inches tall, weighs around 250 pounds and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt with cut off sleeves. Elliot has a medical condition that may affect his ability to return safely, according to the sheriff’s office. If you know where he is contact the CCSO.
