Shane Martin, was sentenced to 23 years in prison for a 2022 shooting in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Martin, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of firearm use in a felony and one count of aggravated malicious wounding in January 2024. He was arrested at a local restaurant and is currently in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail System. Martin will serve an active sentence of 14 years in prison.
