Two teens have been charged following a fatal multivehicle crash in Blount County. The accident occurred when a truck ran a red light and struck a car traveling south on Hall Road. The driver, of the car died from her injuries. The 16-year-old driver of the stolen truck has been charged with criminal homicide, vehicular homicide, theft of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, and underage DUI. The passenger was also charged.
