A Kingsport woman was arrested after allegedly breaking into a Washington County, Tennessee home and taking items from inside. Tabatha Williams, 39, was arrested after an alleged break-in at a home in the 1600 block of Boones Creek Road. Several items were reportedly stolen from the home and later recovered at Williams’ residence by deputies. Williams claimed to have broken into the house in order to use the shower since her own home did not have power or water.
