A man has been arrested for speeding on Interstate 26 Tuesday. Johnson City Polcie say the driver was clocked at 116 miles per hour near mile post 19. After a short pursuit, the driver, 23 year old Karsun Rain Thompson, of Bristol, was arrested for felony evading, reckless driving, no proof of insurance, open container, and failing to produce a valid drivers license. Thompson was booked into the Washington County Jail, where he remains today.
