Brandon Lowe of North Carolina has been charged with aggravated robbery at a gas station in Bristol, Tennessee. Prior to those officers arriving, an armed Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office corrections officer had stopped at the gas station before heading into work. Lowe was held at gunpoint and handcuffed by the officer. He was charged with criminal impersonation, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, and possession by a convicted felon.
