Former Johnson County Sessions Court Judge Perry Stout faces numerous drug-related charges – including charges that he conspired with an active drug dealer in Mountain City and had a financial stake in drug purchases and sales.First Judicial District Attorney General Steve Finney said in a release that after a lengthy investigation, Stout has been charged with:Money laundering;Possession of a weapon during commission of a dangerous felony; and maintaining a dwelling for sale or use of narcotics.
