Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Angel Jones, 36 of Johnson City. Jones is charged with Criminal Impersonation, Evading Arrest, Stolen Property, two counts of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Methamphetamine, Failure to Appear and Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Institution. Deputies first encountered Jones on Bill Jones Road when they attempted to stop a reported stolen Jaguar XJS she was a passenger in. Jones fled on foot, and when found gave Deputies a fake name. While being booked methamphetamine, fentanyl and drug parahernalia were found.
