The Mosheim Planning Commission has given final approval to a combination plat on Thursday night for the RaceTrac travel center planned near Exit 23 on Interstate 81.The commission approved the combination of multiple lots the travel center will be built on. The developer intends to close on the purchase of the property soon, according to Mosheim Community Planner Conor Franklin.
