At a home on Weaver Road a man 20 year old Zachary Bratton is accused of stealing a vehicle at gunpoint from a family member has been charged, according to the Carter County Sheriff’s Office. Bratton has been charged with aggravated domestic assault, vandalism, and auto theft, police said Friday. Bratton is being held at the Carter County Detention Center on a 50-thousand dollar bond.
