A date is set for a jury trial in the lawsuit between Washington County, Tennessee, BrightRidge, and cryptocurrency mine operator Red Dog Technologies. Residents are disappointed it won’t happen for awhile because of the constant noise the mine site produces. One of those speaking out is Craig Ponder the pastor of New Salem Baptist Church, who says it was to us longer than any of us were thinking, and we don’t know why. We don’t understand why it takes so long for us to be heard.
