The Morristown Housing Authority will host a Landlord and Property Management Forum on Nov. 18 to discuss the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. MHA currently assists individuals with vouchers in Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke, Greene, and Grainger Counties.The information meeting will take place 9 a.m.-11 a.m. at the John R. Johnson Homes Community Room, 815 Tulip St., Morristown.
