A Jonesborough woman was arrested Monday after a 1-year-old boy was found alone on the side of a road near a bridge, according to the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office.Deputies responded to a report of a child playing alone alongside a road. Deputies made numerous attempts to find an adult and finally connected with 44 year old Robin Mcinturff. She’s been released on a 1-thousand dollar bond.
