The splash pad at Steele Creek Park in Bristol, Tennessee, is open for the summer season.The city said on Facebook this week that repairs to the facility have been made.The splash pad is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is no charge to use it, but there is a $2 per vehicle fee to enter the park.
