Former Kingsport Mayor, Dennis Phillips is now CEO of NETNHUB. It’s a new private-sector funded economic development organization,helping maximize the potential of Northeast Tennessee cities. Phillips say he plans to lead the company for about two years and then hand it over to someone younger to take the reins.
