More motions and jury questionnaires were filed for Megan Boswell’s upcoming trial. In January, Judge Jim Goodwin denied a bond reduction.Boswell is the Sullivan County mother accused of murdering her daughter, 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell. Megan Boswell faces 19 charges, including 2 counts felony murder.An Amber Alert was issued for Evelyn in February 2020. Her body was found on a family member’s property two years ago this month. Megan’s trial begins September 26th.
