Seniors at High Schools in Tennessee who took the ACT college entrance exam during their junior year can now retake the test without being charged.The Tennessee Department of Education is offering the free do-over at all public high schools this fall.Commissioner Penny Schwinn says it will give high school seniors a chance to boost their scores and demonstrate their readiness for college.
