Drivers rolled up to the Roadrunner Gas Station off Volunteer Parkway to find gas pumps wrapped in plastic bags. There’s no timetable for a re-fuel. According to GasBuddy, 33% of gas stations in Tennessee are out of fuel. North Carolina is at 68% and Virginia is at 51%. Analysts say no need to panic but the process could take several weeks.
