A Carter County grand jury will hear the cases of three men charged in the killing of a 10-year old girl.A sessions judge bound the cases over after a preliminary hearing was held Friday morning for Jediah Shane Glover, Jason Bryan Barber II, and Zachary Scalf. According to court documents, the drive-by shooting happened November 17 on Blevins Road at 5:30 a.m.
