Johnson City Police are investigating a fatal train versus pedestrian crash. It happened early Saturday morning downtown. JCPD says, just before 1am Saturday, a train struck the person on the tracks near Market Street and Windsor Way. The unnamed pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
