Discussion in Bristol on Tuesday centered around renovations at Tod Houston Field. City Manager Kelly Bourgeois (boo-ZWAH) said m,ajor league baseball has indicated an agreement with the Bristol State Liners to play at the field. The deal is expected to be inked by next week after earlier plans for the team to play at Whitetop Creek Park fell through. Tod Houston Field is currently home to the Tennessee High School baseball team.
