Two top executives at the James H/ Quillen VA Medical Center in Johnson City have been temporarily reassigned amid an investigaion. A VA SPokesperson won’t say what the investigation is about… only that a temporary leadership transition has taken place. The spokesperson did say that allegations of wrongdoing and failure to follow procedures are being properly investigated. Director Dean Borsos is now at the VA MidSouth Healthcare System, while Associate Director Dr. Colleen Noe has been moved to the Veterans Integrated Services Network office in Nashville.
