It was free haircuts for kids on Monday in Johnson City. Students gathered at the CTE Campus at Science Hill. Dozens of barbners and beauticians donated their services to help provide kids with a fresh haircut before they go back to class. The district’s homeless coordinator Sydnee Debist helped to organize the event. She siad she hopes to make the event an annual one.
