Head Start programs in five Virginia Counties will receive more than 3.4 million dollars from the federal government. The grant will support the early learning programs in Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, and Washington Countioes in Virginia, as well as the city of Bristol. The Head Start Program supports children up the three years old and prepares them for their future education.
