The Kingsport public library is getting a makeover for the first time in more than 30 years. A multi-million dollar renovation poroject will hopefully set the library up to be successful well into the next three decades. Much of the project is designed toward younger people. When construction begins, the library in Kingsport will need to find a temporary location. The Friends of the Kingsport Public Library is working to raise private funding.
