Ballad Health has announced plans for a new early childhood learning center in Kingsport. It would be Ballad’s first such center and it will be located in the 2000 block of Brookside Drive on the campus of Indiana Path COmmunity Hospital. Ballad says it will transform an old billing office into a state of the art childcare facility. The center will be for children six weeks of age through five years old and will have 80 spots available. The operational hours will be from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m.
