A Kingsport man found in the Holston River on April 30 died from an accidental drowning. The Kingsport Police Department officers responded to a drowning on the South Fork of the Holston River at Riverbend Park. There they found the body of 75 year-old, Ronald Wayne Davidson, of Kingsport. Davidson was believed to be fishing in or around the river around the time his body was found.
