The 20 million dollar MNain Streer Rebuild Projecy in Kingsport is now said to be past the halfway point. Public Works Director Michael Thompson on Monday, said you can really start to see what the ifnal project will look like now. Right now, he says the sullivan Street side of the project most closely resembles what the entire street will look like. The project hit a delay in September of last year when contaminted soil was discovered.
