A traffic alert for you, as the next phase of the Wlanut Street project gets underqay in Johnson City. When finished, there will be big changes to a portion of University Parkway near ETSU. Traffic will be down to one lane in both directions near State of Franklin Road. City Engineer Wallaca McCulloch said the start of the next phase was timed to begin right after ETSU graduation.
