The Sentinel Foundation will host a free symposium on Friday on human trafficking. The symposium will be held in Marion, Virginia, giving people tips on how to identify and prevent human trafficking locally. The event is free at the historic Lincoln Theater from 3-to-6pm Friday. According to the Sentinel Foundation, the non-profit works to educate others on identifying the signs of sex trafficking, and it helps prevent it by hunting down and apprehending the traffickers.
