New court documents int he Sean Williams rpae case claim police extorted money from the former Johnson City businessman in order to cover up his alleged crimes. Johnson City Police has responded, however, saying there has been no evidence to support such allegations of corruption and it welcomes any thorough investigation by an outside agency. Williams is at the center of four different high profile cases, two against himself… and two other lawsuits against the city and police department.
