A court has ruled that a former Greene Co. school board member made offensive remarks to exchange students. Hugh Cobble resigned from the school board, citing health concerns. He later pleaded guilty to making offensive remarks and engaging in offensive conduct. The court order also bars Cobble from having any contact with, harassing or threatening the four individuals mentioned in the filing.
