A second suspect has been arrested and jailed as part of a disturbing death investigation in Carter County. The remains of a man were found in a buried freezer. The TBI announced Friday that Jim Chambers was found and arrested in New Orleans. Chambers is being held in connection to the disappearance and death of a man named Edward Elliot, whose body was found on May 15th buried in a freezer in a remote section of the Hampton community. Elliot had not been heard from since late January.
