The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) issued a Silver Alert for 53 year-old, Mark “Shoestring” Nichols, 53, on behalf of the Johnson City Police Department (JCPD). Nichols is 6’01”, 165 lbs., with blue eyes and brown hair. He is missing two fingers on his left hand and has a long, gray beard. Nichols is reported to have several medical conditions that may impair his ability to return safely on his own.
