Randy Collins has been at Freedom Hall almost since the beginning. He started working for Johnson City’s Parks & Recreation Department at 16 years old. At 19, he was hired to work at Freedom Hall where he’s been ever since. Now Collins is heading off to retirement land. The maintenance manager who assisted with shows such as Elton John and John Mellencamp will reture Friday April 12th.
