The City of Elizabethton has issued “Peddler” Permits to ten individuals working as door-to-door salespeople for a new home internet service called Brightspeed. The Elizabethton Police Department (EPD) notified the public so the community can be assured of the salespeople’s legitimacy. Elizabethton City Code prohibits door-to-door sales inside city limits without a permit.
