The Kingsport BMA have unanimously approved an amendment to a rezoning request for land on Sevier Trace Drive. A developer is eyeing that land for a new car dealership. The property owner is asking to rezone the property from residential cloassifications to highway-oriented business district. The Westside Inn building is set to be torn down to make way for a new Friendship Dealership.
