Some ETSU students are expressing frustration over a plan to limit the campus library’s hours of operation. Right now, the library currently operates on what’s called a 24/5 schedule. The library opens on Sunday morning and remains open until Friday night, but it’s closed on Saturdays and Sundays. But administrators are considering closing the library during the nighttime hours during the week beginning as soon as this fall semester.
