a Sullivan County Grand Jury has charged a former educational assistant at Bristol, Tennessee City Schools with exploitation of a minor. Jason Milhorn is accused of exposing a minor to sexually explicit material. Milhorn who was also previously an assistant middle school football coach, is no longer employed in the district. He’s due back in court on May 10th.
